I have enjoyed great health at a great age because everyday
since I can remember I have consumed a bottle of wine except
when I have not felt well. Then, I have consumed two bottles.

Our Vineyards
introduced more than 10 noble Vinifera from France, including
Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Gernischet, Merlot, Gamay,
Chardonnay, Riesling and Pinot Blanc.
In the span of a few years, each has flourished because of the
unique climate in Xinjiang and our modern vine physiology.
Since 1999, the grapes in our vineyards have developed
nicely in this period of fruition.

Cabernet
Sauvignon
It is the queen of our red wine grapes with a color of violet
red. The wine is very powerful, accompanying splendidly to our wood barrels with the aroma of
blackberry and chocolate.
This wine reveals the aroma of green pepper. When it is young, the color is dark violet during the aging process in these barrels.
These
grapes are small berries and thick skinned, which makes the juice rich in tannin and dark
color.
Gamay
Pale color of red violet. It has a taste of fresh fruit, it
also reveals the aroma of bananas and pears. It is rich in tannin but with moderate
acid.

Merlot
It is the second main varietal in our red wine grape
assortment. This wine produces a round, rich, silky domination with an aroma of
plum. Blended with Cabernet Sauvignon which is the power and backbone, Merlot registers a nice
softness. This grape ripens earlier and has very good yields. The wine made with this grape is
lower in acidity and a bit higher in alcohol. This wine is smooth, silky and rich on the palate with a
wonderful fruity aroma.
Chardonnay
The king of our white grape varietiels has a slight yellow-green
color. Wine made from this reveals rich aroma and the round smooth characters registers
nicely on the palate. The wine brings tropical fruity aroma such as
pineapple, banana, orange and melon.
Riesling
Riesling contains slightly lower alcohol and a unique aroma.
This wine is aged lengthy periods and is the star among our white
wines. It brings a great aroma
with subtle elegant floral and herb, soft honey with a hint of
lemon.
