Masters Degree in Enology

Masters Degree in Agriculture Engineering Specializing in Viticulture/Enology
Agriculture Engineers School, Bordeaux, France

Fred's experience includes research and specialisation in pilot trials of wines, including microfiltration and electrodialysis for tartaric stabilization.

He designed microvinification laboratory and managed development of vine growing and standards systems while working in France with Eurodia S.A. and was responsible for wine making while with Remy Pannier/Ackermann in France.

Fred is currently responsible for all our wine making processes and technology, lab analysis and new wine development in Xinjiang, China.
