CA Orders
Orders should be sent to Guardian of the Grape Imports at the information above. Orders received before 12:00 pm EST will be processed for pickup the next business day. A rush charge of $30.00 will be applied to orders received after 12:00 pm EST noted for pickup the next business
day.
DI Orders
Orders should be sent to Guardian of the Grape Imports at the information above. Orders will be confirmed and shipped as quickly as possible. Please provide Guardian of the Grape with your customs broker information as well as your shipping company preference at the time of
ordering.
Depletion Reports
Depletion Reports should be faxed to 1-919-467-0081 or e-mailed to
info@guardianofthegrape.com.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are net 30 days BOL for CA orders and net 60 days BOL for DI orders unless otherwise
noted.
Past due balances may be subject to a 2% per month late fee.
Sampling/Spoilage/Wine List Support
Support to cover sampling, spoilage and wine list or promotional printing will be credited at the time of invoicing in the amount of 2% of each invoice. Additional support must have prior written authorization from Guardian of the
Grape.
Depletion Support
Depletion allowances will be negotiated by item and billbacks should be sent to Guardian of the Grape at the above
information.
